The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute an agreement between Onlinetemple Marketplace Private Limited, the owner of 123Astro.live and the 123Astro Android and iOS app, including all associated properties (collectively referred to as "123Astro Properties"), and any individual or entity accessing or using the 123Astro Properties in any manner ("you" or "your"). Upon successful registration, a login ID and password will be created, which you can use to access your 123Astro account.
2.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity conducted under your account.
2.3 You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account and ensure that you log out at the end of each session. Any losses incurred due to the unauthorized use of your account shall be your responsibility.
2.4 123Astro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, including the misuse of referral vouchers or multiple accounts. Legal action may be taken against fraudulent users.

9.1 These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of 123Astro Properties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
